Mr. D R Dogra is the Deputy Managing Director of CARE. Mr. Dogra has over 31 years of rich and varied experience in commercial banking and extensive knowledge about the functioning of the corporate sector. Mr. Dogra, one of CARE’s first employees, has been an integral part of the top management team of CARE and plays an active role in shaping the strategic direction of CARE. He is involved in all aspects of the business including planning, development, operations and marketing. His contribution is greatly responsible for the successful growth and development of CARE into a leading credit rating agency in the country. Mr. Dogra holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Management (Finance) from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He is a gold medalist in his Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture from Himachal Pradesh University. He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Prior to joining CARE, Mr. Dogra held several senior positions in a public sector bank for over 15 years.

Mr Rajesh Mokashi is the Executive Director of CARE. He is amongst the first few people who have been with CARE, since its inception. Over the years, Mr Mokashi has been associated with rating assignments covering a wide range of sectors. He has been instrumental in criteria development for ratings and improvement in policies and procedures at CARE. In addition, Mr Mokashi is actively involved in international forays of CARE from time to time. He currently looks after the financial sectors ratings, Mutual fund ratings, Securitization ratings and Public Finance ratings. Born on September 01, 1961, Mr Mokashi has a Masters Degree in Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management studies; Mumbai University. He is a Graduate in Mechanical engineering from VJTI; Mumbai University. He has also CFA charter holder both from the CFA Institute, USA and ICFAI Hyderabad. Prior to joining CARE, Mr. Mokashi held key positions in Otis Elevator Company India Ltd, DSP Financial Consultants Ltd. and Kotak Mahindra Finance Ltd.

Mr.Sukanta Nag is the Regional Head at the CARE Kolkata office. He is Masters of Commerce and is an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India and he is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has a total work experience of twenty-three years, of which over twelve years have been with CARE. Prior to joining CARE, he was a banker with a career spanning eleven years. He provides strategic and managerial direction to the regional rating team. He has been instrumental in cementing CARE’s position in the Eastern region. Born on December 02, 1959 he is fond of reading, travelling and watching cricket.

Mr. P N Sathees Kumar is General Manager looking after rating of power utilities, telecom companies, ports, airports and railways. He also looks after other rating services including IPO Grading, Recovery Ratings, Corporate Governance Ratings etc., Mr.Sathees Kumar has experience in credit rating, advisory services, institutional appraisal and resource mobilisation. Mr.Sathees Kumar joined CARE in 1996 as Head of a Rating Group and worked in the Rating Division till 2001. When CARE decided to set up an Advisory Services Division, he was selected to head the same. He returned to the Rating Division in 2008, when CARE decided to discontinue the advisory business. Born on March 5, 1959 Mr. Sathees Kumar is an alumnus of Jamnal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai (MFM) and Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (MA (Hons- Economics). Prior to joining CARE, Mr. Sathees Kumar has worked in apex development banks in the country: Industrial Development Bank of India and Small Industries Development Bank of India.

Mr. Navin Jain is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of CARE. He manages the compliance, legal and the human resource departments of the company. Mr. Jain continuously strives to keep the employees happy and provides human touch to their problems. He is a Bachelor of Commerce from Kolkatta University, MBA (Finance) from the Mumbai University and a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Jain has been serving CARE for over twelve years. He strives to come up with better policies and programmes for employees of CARE. Mr. Arun Kumar is the Head of CARE’s Regional Office at Chennai. Prior to joining CARE, he worked with IFCI as Industrial Finance Officer where he handled techno economic appraisal of projects and rehabilitation of companies. Born on May 01, 1966 he is Bachelor of Technology (Hons) from IIT (Kharagpur), a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad. He is also a CFA charter holder from CFA Institute, USA and is qualified Financial Risk Manager from GARP, USA. He has a total work experience of over 18 years, of which over thirteen years have been with CARE. He is a voracious reader and loves Indian classical music. His keenness for knowledge and accuracy led him to attend a number of training workshops in India and abroad. He is a team-player, a guide, always on a go.

Mr Milind Gadkari is Group Head in Financial Sector Ratings group at Mumbai. He is responsible for quality control, training of new recruits, business development, relationship management, overall supervision, work flow control amongst others. In addition, he deals with the overall analytical responsibility of structured finance and public finance ratings. Earlier at CARE’s Ahmedabad office, he led a team of analyst and initiated new business in the region. Prior to joining CARE he had worked with Afcons where he monitored various construction projects undertaken by the company and looked after operational as well as financial performance. He has a total work experience of more than 9 years, of which over seven years have been with CARE. Born on September 27, 1969, he is a Mechanical Engineer and M.M.S from Mumbai University. He is also a CFA charter holder from CFA Institute, USA and is qualified Financial Risk Manager from GARP, USA. He has participated in a number of international and domestic training programmes /seminars related to rating and financial analysis. He is known for his multitasking abilities. He is extremely soft spoken humble person of good nature.

Mr Mehul Pandya is the Head of CARE’s Regional Office at Ahmedabad, covering the states of Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. He is responsible for providing strategic impetus to CARE’s operations in the region and inspires his team to take up new initiatives. Prior to joining CARE, he had worked with GIIC where he was instrumental in establishing an in-house credit rating cell. Born on September 5, 1972, he is an Instrumentation & Control Engineer from Gujarat University and M.B.A. from Bhavnagar University. He is also a CFA charter holder from CFA Institute, USA. He is a nominated member of the Economic and Finance Academic Area Committee of Institute of Management, Nirma University and a member of Indian Association of Investment Professionals. He has a total work experience of more than 11 years, of which over seven years have been with CARE. He is an avid follower of sports and is also fond of reading and trekking.
