| Shri P.V. Narasimham is Chairman of the Company. He is also the member of the Rating Committee of CARE. Shri Narasimham is the former Chairman and Managing Director of IFCI Ltd. Shri Narasimham, prior to joining IFCI, was associated with IDBI Ltd. as Executive Director. He serves on the Board of several companies including Interconnected Stock Exchange of India Ltd., National Securities Clearing Corporation Ltd., etc. |

| Dr. N.K. Sengupta a retired I.A.s. Officer, has held various positions including Revenue Secretary and Member Secretary of Planning Commission, Govt. of India, Controller of Capital Issues, etc. He also served as Director General of International Management Institute, Delhi. Dr. Sengupta also serves on the Board of number of companies. Dr. Sengupta is also member of the Rating Committee of CARE. Dr. Sengupta has done Ph.D. in Management. |
