| CARE shall undertake Real Estate Project Star Rating exercise by implementing its analytical expertise based on information provided by the company/available in public domain, in-house data-bases and data/information from such sources that it considers reliable. The primary focus of the rating exercise is to determine the quality of the particular real estate project. After analyzing the parameters defined below for the company, a rating will be assigned. Once the rating is assigned, the same would be under surveillance during the tenure of the project. |
