1. Position AGM/Sr. Manager- Ratings
Job Location Chennai
Experience   7-10 yrs
  1) Leading & guiding the team of analysts working in the team.
2) Planning deadlines for completing the rating assignments (including surveillances)
3) Ensuring timely completion of rating assignments.
4) Ensuring efficient client services through interaction with clients and assisting the BD team in client development.
5) Fee sheet checking
6) Timely submission of QRNs
7) Monitoring of MIS updation
8) Keeping track of changes in the respective sectors & analyzing the impact of the same on clients.
9) Ensuring quality and readability of rating report as well as rationale, press releases etc.
10) Presenting the case in the Rating Committee Meeting
11) Developing respective sectors
12) Development & improvement of methodology for sectors handled.
13) Interact with the respective Industry association / forums.
14) Sector reports / criteria commentary publishing
 
 
2. Position Analyst/Deputy Manager - Ratings
Job Location Bangalore
Experience 1-4yrs
Job Description 1) Follow-up & coordination with the clients for providing required information to carry out the rating assignment.
 2) Checking the accuracy of the CKC entry & making adjustments based on annual report.
3) Analyzing various risks based on quantitative & qualitative information.
4) Preparation of Rating notes
5) Timely preparation of the note & sending it to QCT in consultation with the group head.
6) Preparing schedule for completion of assignments in consultation with concerned group Head.
7) Timely completion of surveillance cases.
8) Preparation of QRN (No default statements, derivative exposure etc)
9) Preparation of rating letter, rationale and Press release.
10) Follow-up w.r.t. acceptance of rating, rationale and press releases.
11) Keeping track of changes in the respective sectors and analyzing the impact of the same on clients.
12) Updation of rating reckoner
 
 
3. Position Deputy Manager – Business Development
Job Location  Bangalore & Chennai
Experience 2-4years
Job Description 1) Meeting & Interacting with Corporate Clients, Real estate Developers and Education Firms
2) Acquisition of Clients and Relationship Management
3) Would be responsible for developing & achieving Sales target and margin objectives as per business plan
4) Will involve fundamental analysis
5) To increase the market reach and Market analysis and analysis of competitors situation
 
 
4. Position Officer/Executive Business Development
Job Location East, North & South regions
Experience 1-4 yrs
Job Description 1. Identifying prospective clients both for rating & industry research
2. Generating revenue from new accounts
3. Ensuring that the required documentation (mandates, fees etc) is complete for all new business opportunities.
4. Coordinating with their respective rating group head(s).
5. Liaisoning with Banks
6. Maintaining complete MIS.
 

5. Position Junior Analyst/Analyst –MSME Ratings
Job Location New Delhi
Experience 0-3yrs, ( Qualification MBA/PGDBM- Finance)
Job Description 1.Analysis Calculation of financial ratios
2.Analyzing various risks based on quantitative & qualitative information.
3.Preparation of Rating notes on rating analysis
4.Timely preparation of the note & sending it to Quality CT in consultation with the group head.
5.Preparing schedule for completion of assignments in consultation with concerned group Head.
6.Timely completion of cases.
7.Preparation and follow up , coordination of rating letter, rationale and Press release.
8.Keeping track of changes in the respective sectors and analyzing the impact of the same on clients.
 

6. Position Assistant Editor
Job Location Mumbai
Experience 2 to 4 years (Qualification- MA in English)
Job Description 1.Ability to recognize and correct style errors. Rewriting and reframing content so that it reads well and gets the message across.
2.Editing and Proof reading editorial content like research reports, rating and grading reports etc for errors in spelling, punctuation and grammar.
3.Adhering to style guidelines and making sure that all materials of communication match these guidelines.
4.Recommending improvements in all editorial materials and ensuring that they are correct.
5.Check the script for readability, style, and agreement with editorial policy.
6.Correcting grammatical errors, spelling mistakes and factual inaccuracies.
7.Removing typos and editing reports, white papers, articles and other content materials.
8.Organizing text into proper paragraphs and sentence formations.
9.Attention to details and a critical eye to note errors and correct them.
